TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Validity of terms

For all offers and deliveries of Robert Neumann, only the following terms and conditions in their valid at the time of the order.The customer's terms and conditions are not recognized by us unless we agree to their validity in writing.

2 Offers

4.1. Consequences of return

In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned. With a return from a goods value below 40 € you have to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered corresponds to and is error free.Otherwise, the return is free for you.

5. Prices

There are the prices listed at the time of ordering online. All prices are in Euro plus VAT. The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price.

6. Returns

7. Delivery

9. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain until full payment of the property of Robert Neumann.

10. Warranty and liability for defects

We guarantee that the delivered product is free from defects according to the state of the art. Oven Clear defects are objectionable in writing within one week after receipt of the goods. After this period, the goods shall be deemed accepted.For legitimate claims an improvement of the product or a replacement delivery.

11. Performance, Jurisdiction
